Gregory Bucks

Greg joined the Longacre team in 2025 as a Senior Asset Manager but is also responsible for sourcing and executing new opportunities. With an extensive background in New York City real estate, he had started an asset management business prior to joining the Longacre team. Prior to starting his own company, he led all asset management efforts for Skylight Real Estate Partners and its predecessor companies for 12 years. Since starting his career, he has acquired over 4,000 apartments representing over $2 billion in value across New York, New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida. Grge holds a BA from SUNY Binghamton and an MBA form Fordham University. He enjoys reading, sking and spening time with his family.
