Bret Gonden

Bret started his career in New York real estate as a licensed sales agent with North Brooklyn Realty in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and later as a member of the Legal Department at Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town. With a growing passion for property management, he joined Longacre Asset Management, where he oversees day-to-day compliance with New York City laws and regulations across a portfolio of more than 2,000 units. He currently serves as the Compliance Director at Longacre Asset Management.
