After a brief court dispute, we purchased this property as part of a court ordered settlement in incredibly distressed condition.  In partnership with a high net worth family, PHRC bought this property only 30% occupied and with most of the vacant units uninhabitable.  We invested well over $1,000,000 and created beautiful apartments achieving some of the highest rents in the area.  Here again, from initial closing to completion of the business plan, we doubled the value of this property.
